When I was college student, 40 years ago, all my friends had shouted "Yankee go home".. But Korean-US army overcome that risks by the word of "We go together". Now, in Korea, if somebody says "Yankee go home", he must expect crowd's stonning to him... "We go together"... this is the sprit of Korea-US alliance... God bless Korea-US alliance!

Finally a positive moment in world affairs! I have not heard such a reminder from any other foreign leader of why the US supports and defends principled freedom in the world as South Korea's president presented here. This was surprising. What other foreign national leader has articulated the importance of our alliances so well? Veterans and missionaries sacrificed their lives so Korea could have a chance at brilliant freedom.

Not sure why Yoon mentioned The Battle at Lake Changjin in his speech. It was a battle of devastating defeat of US Amy and retreat from the border of China-Korea. At the time of Korea war 1950, US GDP was 10 times of China GDP and still not able to win the Korea war. Good to learn from history.

He's certainly been a great ally for both US and Japan, always willing to accommodate any request. Lucky for you Americans. But his approval rating is plummeting, hovering around 30%. Sixty percent of our population is just fed up with him. He's failing on all fronts, be it the economy, politics or diplomacy. To top it off, the trade deficit has hit an all-time high, a number that's never been seen before. I think most Korean will not know the reference of this

There was a movie in 2021, named Battle of Changjin Lake, made by China’s mainland Chinese, it became the most popular movie ever in history of Chinese movie in China

In that movie they talked about how Chinese communist soldiers were brave to kick US and South Korean’s ass in Korean war.

As a Chinese who hate CCP, this is why I think President Yoon is so much better than President Moon.

President Moon diplomacy tactic is pro China, and look at how China’s treating you South Korea

China will never appreciate if someone is doing good to them, they will only look down on you.

I hope South Korean will understand this.

Just imagine, the best selling movie in their market, is a movie that talked about Korean war and they’re of course stands with Kim’s family not you Republic of Korea

You still want to be friend with someone who hurt you so so much and look down on you?

Good job President Yoon for standing with USA, together you can beat Communism.

The International Observers felt that

the South Korean President should study the looks on the Americans faces captured by the video when Yoon was adressing the Congress as the saying goes " the pictures is worth more then a thousand words". The US acting should be awarded the Oscar. Yoon seem to believe that he is ready a VVIP to be accorded with such high level of welcome, looked like he is fully convinced that the US warmly welcomed him.😅😂😂😂 watch the video before the US changes it.😂😂😂😂😂. In addition, if you walk slowly for about 2 hours, you can reach Namsan Mountain from a place called Dulle-gil that starts from Maebongsan Mountain and Geumhosan Mountain. As such, there is a superb view of the Han River at the top of Eungbongsan Mountain (81m) and Maebongsan Mountain (95m) in Seongdong-gu. What's more interesting is that the distance between the two is only 3.1 kilometers by car and 2.4 kilometers by foot.
