The 4th Media presents below a carefully-selected and -compiled set of photos from several different parts of the world where several major US wars have taken place after the WWII. These photos also represent several different historical periods during which time the US as the main culprit has been, directly or indirectly, involved with a numerous number of heinous “crimes against humanity and war crimes.”

For the sake of argument, however, The 4th Media also introduces below a couple of selected excerpts from two mainstream US media reports which simultaneously tell both TRUTH, based upon a DPRK (aka, “North Korea”) report, and, as usual, DISINFORMATION, DISTORTIONS, FABRICATIONS of the facts and realities about the North.

Those disinformation (including misinformation) which are flooded into the West-controlled and globally-monopolized world media market are, without doubt, mostly based upon the US (CIA) government’s carefully-selected and -compiled disinformation campaigns against whoever are deemed as its “enemies” around the world.

As part of the ongoing, for over 60 some years now, US government’s demonization campaign against “North Korea,” those disinformation which are considered the “manufactured” information, as if they are true, are often automatically copied and pasted, without having any genuine efforts to find out if those reported (alleged) stories about the North’s “human rights abuses” are true or false, in those so-called “mainstream” medias around the world.

Those “look-innocent” comments made by the “could-be innocent”(?) reporters of most mainstream medias, probably mostly without knowing what they are doing, are being conveniently used for the US government’s continued ‘war propaganda’ in the form of evermore vicious demonization campaigns not only against DPRK and its leader Kim Jong Eun but also as they do NOW against Russia and President Putin.

When President Dwight Eisenhower left from his office in 1961, he warned the world about the imminent danger emanating from the Military Industrial Complex (MIC). However, that MIC should be now called a far deeper inherently-intertwined “MIC-Government-Media-Congress” (MICGMC) complexes which must be far more complex, much more powerful and globally far-reaching than that of the MIC in 1960s.

As the MIC did in the past, now that much more influential MICGMC also do demonize either “North Korea,” Russia, China, Cuba, Iran, Venezulea, Syria, etc., or whoever dares to challenge or becomes (or can become) a hindrance to the US strategic interests with regard to its global hegemony or America’s imperial predominance over the entire world and the entire planet as well.

What it’d mean is the works most mainstream media reporters do could be turned into to either, unintentionally (or involuntarily) assist or willfully work for mainly the CIA-operating disinformation (or demonization) campaigns.

Thus, even if they seemed to have made efforts trying to introduce some parts of the DPRK reports as they are, however, their comments, as usual, can’t be free from those stereotypical and ill-willed descriptions (often, already and severely, racially-biased and ideologically-dichotomous) of the so-called “North Korean Human Rights Abuse” allegations.

On April 7, the DPRK, through its official media organ Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), called the US “the World’s Worst Human Rights Abuser” state.

However, since 1999, every year, as it’s become an annual customary show like an annual Hollywood’s (elementary-level) political carton show, the US State Dept has published its (in nature, self-made thereby self-righteous, hypocritical and arbitrary) so-called “Human Rights Reports” (HRR).

Let’s see how the State Dept talks about its official position on the so-called “human rights” issues from the SD official website:

Human Rights Reports

“We see it as fundamental to our own interests to support a just peace around the world—one in which individuals, and not just nations, are granted the fundamental rights that they deserve.” – May 2010 National Security Strategy

The annual Country Reports on Human Rights Practices – the Human Rights Reports – cover internationally recognized individual, civil, political, and worker rights, as set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international agreements. The U.S. Department of State submits reports on all countries receiving assistance and all United Nations member states to the U.S. Congress in accordance with the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and the Trade Act of 1974.

Before we further argue, let’s check another media report below as an example what and how the State Dept HRR deal with the so-called “human rights” issues as in the following report:

The State Department annual human rights report is a valuable(?)* tool but if compiled carelessly, it hemorrhages credibility. Alas, such is the case with the State Department most recent human rights report.

In its most recent report on the United Arab Emirates, for example, diplomats are either on autopilot, simply cutting-and-pasting from previous reports without regard to new information, or they are purposely ignoring U.S. government designation both that some of their source material derives from an al-Qaeda front and that one of those whom they identify as an oppressed human rights activist is actually an Al Qaeda sympathizer if not activist.

The problem relates to Alkarama, a self-described human rights organization whose reporting the State Department, Human Rights Watch, and Amnesty International have uncritically incorporated into their reporting. The problem is that the founder of Alkarama, according to the U.S. Treasury Department, is also an al-Qaeda financier.

Most recently, Mourad Dhina, executive director of Alkarama, signed a letter of support for Moazzam Begg, a former Guantanamo Bay detainee who has since returned to terrorism. (http://www.commentarymagazine.com/topic/human-rights/) (* The question mark is the author’s of this article.)

The world, probably the majority of its populations NOW than before, knows what it says in the official State Dept site BUT HOW the REAL “human rights” situations of both the US and the world RADICALLY DIFFERENT from the self-righteous State Dept’s HRR. The SELF-RIGHTEOUSNESS seen often in American culture often seems one of the most distinctive aspects of the West in terms of its Christian (often hypocritical) culture. I know this sort of argument controversial.

However, at times, it’s irresistible that someone has to address this issue of very self-righteous, hypocritical and arrogant acts and behaviors among US government figures and its agencies such as State Dept. It was most distinctively displayed during the miserable years of “W.” Bush. However, the Obama administration isn’t much different from Bush’s. In fact, as many have argued, his is much worse than W. Bush’s.

At any rate, the State Dept’s HRR is mostly and indisputably full of finger-pointing of OTHERS. BUT NOT THEIRS! The HRR, therefore, seems to have earned an infamous, dishonorable and disrespectful nickname the king of “double-standard” (DS). Or another infamous nickname, the “American Exceptionalism” (AE). Their self-righteous DS and AE principles however have gradually discredited, if not ruined, their own moral authority and political credibility of the so-called “human rights reports.”

As many have already characterized for years, their self-righteous DS and AE mindset could mean they are helplessly psychotic. If they ain’t psychotic, then they wouldn’t do the stuff like the self-righteous DS and AE.

However, their own history of more than 500 years plainly tells and indisputably witnesses they’ve continued that self-righteous DS and AE thing all the time ever since the Columbus-led western pirates invaded (NOT “found”) the Native Americas in 1492.

And, since that fateful 1492, as Western colonial powers have competitively invaded, occupied, destroyed, massacred, pillaged and robbed not only the entire North, Central and South American continents but also the rest of the entire world, the US “human rights” violations in the form of “genocide, war crimes, and crimes against the humanity” still continue this very day in the name of Western “freedom, democracy, and human rights” throughout the world.

Or that psychotic culture of DS and AE can be also explained with the white men’s infamous (so-called) “Manifest Destiny” (MD) in mid 19th century or the “American Way of Life” (AWOL) mentality in the 20-21th century.

No matter how one argues, all that essentially-same mentality issue (DS, AE, MD and AWOL) which is often identified or described as “psychotic” can’t be easily defendable, escapable or justifiable.

The State Dept’s HRR, however, calls always OTHERS the “human rights violators” who are mostly 1) racially non-western populations, 2) economically independent from the West/US domination, and 3) politically self-determined anti-imperialist nations. That’s THE irrefutable fact and history of the past which has been dominated by the once “only global superpower.”

But, as usual, the US has, still in the name of “freedom, democracy and human rights,” justified their disinformation and demonization campaigns AGAINST Others, like “DPRK,” Russia, China and any “anti-(American) Empire” nations, the “human rights abusers.”

However, NOW, the DPRK in turn calls the US “the world’s worst human rights abuser.” Whose argument could be incomparably more rational, objective, truthful, and, most importantly, Not Self-righteous, Not hypocritical, therefore Not Psychotic in their argument? It’s solely up to our readers of this “could-be controversial” article.

Anyway hope our global readers could go all the way down to the end of this report together with the provided photos (though some might be difficult to look at) below, also together with some portions of the two above-mentioned mainstream media reports: One Fox News, the other The Washington Post.

1) A article from a Fox News called “North Korea releases list of US ‘human rights abuses'”

http://www.foxnews.com/world/2014/05/03/north-korea-releases-list-us-human-rights-abuses/

North Korea is pushing back against a United Nations report on its human rights violations with a report of its own — one that lists “human rights abuses” in the U.S.

The official Korean Central News Agency on Wednesday released a news article titled “News Analysis on Poor Human Rights Records in U.S.,” which discusses racial discrimination, unemployment and poverty, The Washington Post reported.

The article refers to the U.S. as “the world’s worst human right abuser and tundra of a human being’s rights to existence” and makes the following points:

“Under the citizenship act, racialism is getting more severe in the U.S. The gaps between the minorities and the whites are very wide in the exercise of such rights to work and elect.”

“The U.S. true colors as a kingdom of racial discrimination was fully revealed by last year’s case that the Florida Court gave a verdict of not guilty to a white policeman who shot to death an innocent black boy.”

“That’s why 52 percent of the Americans have said that racism still exists in the country while 46 percent contended that all sorts of discrimination would be everlasting.”

“The U.S. is a living hell as elementary rights to existence are ruthlessly violated.”

North Korea previously accused the U.S. of orchestrating the U.N. commission’s February report that it committed crimes against humanity, calling the findings and recommendations “extremely dangerous” political provocations.

The U.N. Commission of Inquiry found evidence of an array of crimes, including “extermination,” crimes against humanity against starving populations and a widespread campaign of abductions of individuals in South Korea and Japan.

The three-member panel recommended that the U.N. Security Council refer its findings to the International Criminal Court, which is unlikely to happen given likely opposition among permanent council members that have veto power to prevent the move.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.

2) Some excerpts from the Washington Post’s article called “North Korea releases list of U.S. ‘human rights abuses’: ‘The U.S. is a living hell’ (The Washington Post)

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/worldviews/wp/2014/05/02/north-korea-releases-list-of-u-s-human-rights-abuses-the-u-s-is-a-living-hell/

On Wednesday, KCNA released an article titled “News Analysis on Poor Human Rights Records in U.S.” It brought up a number of points, including racial discrimination, unemployment, surveillance and poverty. “The U.S. is the world’s worst human right abuser and tundra of a human being’s rights to existence,” the essay concludes.

So what is the U.S. actually doing wrong? Here are the key points from the criticism:

“At present, an average of 300,000 people a week are registered as unemployed, but any proper measure has not been taken.”

“The housing price soared 11.5 percent last year than 2012 and 13.2 percent in January this year than 2013, leaving many people homeless.”

“The number of impoverished people increased to 46.5 millions last year, and one sixth of the citizens and 20-odd percent of the children are in the grip of famine in New York City.”

“All sorts of crimes rampant in the U.S. pose a serious threat to the people’s rights to existence and their inviolable rights.”

“The U.S. government has monitored every movement of its citizens and foreigners, with many cameras and tapping devices and even drones involved, under the pretext of ‘national security.'”

“Meanwhile, bills on easing arms control were adopted in various states of the country, boosting murderous crimes. As a result, the U.S. has witnessed an increasing number of gun-related crimes in all parts of the country and even its military bases this year. In this regard, the United Nations on April 10 put the U.S. on the top of the world list of homicide rates.”

“The U.S. also has 2.2 millions of prisoners at present, the highest number in the world. For lack of prisons on the part of the government, individuals are providing detention facilities to make money.”

“A Russian TV said that in the U.S. the wealthy classes are now keen on the investment in providing private prisons for their high profit and so more people will be imprisoned.”

“Its chief executive, Obama, indulges himself in luxury almost every day, squandering hundred millions of dollars on his foreign trip in disregard of his people’s wretched life.”

Perhaps you can argue that the United States is a “living hell as elementary rights to existence are ruthlessly violated.”

The following photos The 4th Media has carefully compiled may plainly depict, show, tell and/or witness who’s “the worst human rights violator” in the world. Let’s see:

Staring from the Korean War (from 1950 to 53)

To the Vietnam War (1960-70s)

To the Afgan War (from 2001 till this very day)

To the Iraq War (since early 1990s and till this very day)

To the Libya War (2011)

Mother and daughter raped and murdered by …

And finally to the Syrian War (from 2011 till this very day)

And the present

By now, I do sincerely hope the readers might have already figured out who’s right when both sides arguably call each other the “world’s worst human rights abuser.”
