Having started working more in the Middle East I was very interested to understand more about Arab culture and especially how this translates into attitudes and practices in the workplace in what is a complex and potentially confusing cultural context. This book takes a practical approach, while still providing a richness and depth that goes beyond the usual 'hints and tips'. I especially enjoyed the epilogue where the author gives a more personal view of recent trends and the evolution of the region. The book is very readable, informative and engaging. I would highly recommend it. Thank you Dr Jehad.
