초록 

본 논문은 조․일 노동계급연대를 주제로 삼은 나카노 시게하루의 「비내리는 시나가와역」과 임화의 「우산 받은 요꼬하마의 부두」를 비교하여 조․일 노동계급의 동지적연대를 방해하는 장애물이 무엇인지 분석하고, 

민족문제를 감득해야만 했던 사회주의자들의 의식이 문학작품 안에서 구체적으로 드러나는 양상을 확인하고자 했다. 

「비내리는 시나가와역」은 일본으로부터 추방당한 조선인들이 조선에서 사회주의 운동을 일으키고 다시일본으로 돌아와 천황 살해의 임무까지 수행한다는 내용으로 이루어져있다. 

조선 사회주의자들을 일방적으로 일본 사회주의의 특수한 상황을 반영하는 천황제 타도의 전위로 내세우는 그의 시에서 식민자의 시선을 읽어낼 수 있다. 

「우산받은 요꼬하마의 부두」는 당시 임화가 문학계 내부의 사정과 검열이라는 외부적 상황 때문에 고안해낸 여성인물을 활용한 서사시형식을 활용하여 창작되었다. 

이 시는 조․일 노동계급 연대라는 정치적인 메시지를담고는 있으나 일본 여성을 조선 남성투사의 조력자로 등장시켜 동지적 연대의 의미는 퇴색된다. 임화의 불평등한 연대구도는 시게하루를 포함한 여타 일본 사회주의자들의 제국주의적 시선을 의식한 결과이다. 「비내리는 시나가와 역」과 「우산받은 요꼬하마의 부두」는사회주의자들 사이에서조차 존재하는 식민자와 피식민자간의 위계를 보여준다. 그러나 이상황을 돌파하기 위해 임화가 호출한 여성이라는 표상은 오히려 동지적 연대의 불가능성을더욱 더 심화시킬 뿐이다. 두 시인들은 그들의 시에서 의도치 않게 제국주의 모순과 성별모순이 착종되어있는 사회주의 내부의 모순을 노출하고 말았다

This thesis would found how to express the consciousness of socialists who felt the nationalismproblem trough studying what was the core disorder to block proletarian solidaritybetween Korean and Japanese for comparing “Raining Sinagawa Station” written byNakano Sigeharu and “Hold an Umbrella in Yokohama Harbor” written by Im Hwa.

“Raining Sinagawa Station” was consisted of Koreans who was expelled from Japan byJapanese imperialism went to Korea for improving socialistic movement, and then theycame back to Japan for killing the Japanese emperor. The poem depicted Koreans had aresponsible to kill the Japanese emperor that reflected a special Japanese situation. Wecould read imperialist perspective through that thought. “Hold an Umbrella in YokohamaHarbor” created by a kind of epic form that he developed using women character due toKorean literature world’s situation and censorship. This poem included political messageabout proletarian solidarity between Korean and Japanese. However, the meaning of solidaritywas very weak because of the Japanese woman who just helped Korean man. Thestructure of unequal solidarity was the result of being aware of Japanese imperialists’ eyesthat Japanese socialist had. “Raining Sinagawa Station” and “Hold an Umbrella inYokohama Harbor” showed us the hierarchy between colonists and colonized peopleamong even socialists. Although Im Hwa called women symbol for escaping this situation,it intensified the impossibility of comrades’ solidarity more and more. These twopoets exposed the ambivalence in socialism that was interlaced with imperial ambivalenceand gender ambivalence by accidentally.
